Founded in 2002 by Tracey Keefe, we are a team of caring and experienced beauty therapists dedicated to making you feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Our tranquil salon, located in Rolleston, offers a range of personalised treatments to help you look and feel your best.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms

To secure your appointment, we require a card on file.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

STANDARD POLICY
• Changes or cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee of the treatment value
• Missed appointments (no-shows) incur a 100% fee

ILLNESS CONSIDERATION
If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you do not attend your appointment.

In these cases, a reduced late cancellation fee of 25% or $50 (whichever is greater) may be applied.

This is offered as a courtesy and is at the discretion of Blush Beauty & Skin.

As we reserve extended appointment times, late changes — regardless of reason — impact our ability to accommodate other clients.

SKIN MODE Membership Terms & Conditions

We’re all about results, rhythm, and respect – for your time and ours. Here’s everything you need to know before diving into SKIN MODE.

Membership Duration & Treatment Rhythm

  • Each membership runs for 12 months from the date of your first treatment.
    Treatments are scheduled every 4 weeks – consistency = results.
    Missed treatments don’t roll over, so keep your glow on track!

Weekly Payments

  • Payments are made weekly via direct debit.
    Your payment plan is spread evenly over 12 months, no matter how often you book.
    Missed or late payments will result in your inability to book treatments under your membership.

Appointment Policy

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • If you miss an appointment or cancel late, your treatment is forfeited.

  • It’s your responsibility to keep your appointments – we’ll always help you stay on track.

Cancelling Your Membership

  • Memberships are non-refundable once started.

  • Early cancellations may incur a fee equal to the difference between member and casual pricing for treatments used.

  • Pausing or transferring your membership requires written approval.

Treatment Flexibility
